SUPER DUTY CASTERS
The Series 78 and 79 are heavy, rugged casters precision engineered and built with precision to meet those extra capacity demands with the utmost in reliability and safety. Under load these are easy rolling, free swiveling performers. |

Features
Construction: Heavy section steel plate for both top plate and yoke base, precision machined for precision unit load bearing.
Swivel: Main load bearing is a large diameter self-contained precision roller bearing. Secondary load bearing is a tapered roller bearing.
Fork: Wide, deep formed legs continuously welded both inside and out.
King Bolt: High strength steel bolt with slotted adjusting nut and cotter pin.
Axle: High strength steel bolt threaded both ends.
Wheels: Selection of multiple tread surfaces plus v-grooved in a variety of sizes.
Wheel Bearings: Tapered roller bearing or straight roller bearing with hardened and ground steel sleeve.
Lubrication: Readily accessible pressure fittings to swivel and in wheel hub.
Finish: Durable corrosion resistant finish.
RIGID CASTER: The 79-A is the matching rigid for the 78-A swivel caster. It is made of the same heavy section plate. Legs are deep formed and welded both inside and out side and braced for maximum support.

Features
Construction: Heavy section steel plate for both top plate and yoke base, precision machined for bearing.
Swivel: Main load bearing is a large diameter raceway with large diameter hardened steel balls. Secondary load bearing is a tapered roller bearing.
Fork: Wide, deep formed legs are continuously welded both inside and out.
King Bolt: High strength steel bolt with crown nut and cotter pin.
Axle: High strength steel bolt threaded both ends.
Wheels: Selection of four tread surfaces plus v-grooved in a variety of sizes.
Wheel bearings: Tapered roller bearing or straight roller bearing with hardened and ground steel sleeve.
Lubrication: Readily accessible pressure fittings to swivel and in wheel hub.
Finish: Durable corrosion resistant finish.
RIGID CASTER: The 79-A is the matching rigid for the 80-A swivel caster. It is made of the same heavy section plate. Legs are deep formed and welded both inside and out side and braced for maximum support.
